FAQs
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a form of talking therapy, where a trained professional helps an individual explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and life situations. Counselling can help people resolve issues, gain insight into their emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve mental
wellbeing.
How could counselling help me?
It could:
- Give you emotional support in a non judgemental environment, offering you a safe space.
- Help you gain self-awareness.
- Provide you with tools or strategies for dealing with difficult emotions.
- Support your long-term mental health and wellbeing.
